A free service to all their BUYERS, it is designed to take the worry out of a home purchase. BUYERS choose from a list of several inspectors. Once a choice has been made, Bill and Lois make the arrangements. The home is then inspected on the BUYER'S behalf. We always recommend that the BUYER be present if possible.
